The Conference will continue to be held as scheduled, unless otherwise announced on the conference website.

Typhoon Signal No. 8 (or above) or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal

Main Conference:

    1. If the Typhoon Signal No.8 (or above) or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is in force at or after 7:30am, the Conference will be closed for the morning session.
    2. If the Typhoon Signal No.8 or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is cancelled or lowered at or before 12:30pm, all programme in the afternoon (after 14:00) will be resumed as scheduled.
    3. The Conference will remain closed if the Typhoon Signal No.8 or Black Rainstorm warning signal is cancelled / lowered after 12:30pm.

Workshop and Technical Visits:

  1. If the Typhoon Signal No.8 (or above) or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is in force at or after 6:30am, the workshop and technical visits would be cancelled.

Online registration will be closed at 23:59 on 31 October 2018 (Hong Kong time). Please register as soon as possible if you have yet to do so.
